Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's esteemed real estate firm. Your primary role will be to assist our clients by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. An ideal candidate for this role would be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills who truly enjoys helping others.Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

Understand and provide accurate information about our property listings and services.

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.

Work with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring smooth communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Coordinate appointments and showings as scheduled by the clients.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Strive for excellence in customer service and consistently exceed clients' expectations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate or a related field will be a plus.

Proven customer support experience within the real estate industry or similar roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Ability to work with diverse groups of people

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and upskilling.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to excellent customer service
