Description Our client is a renowned construction firm and are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is a communicative, patient individual who takes pride in providing superior customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and bridging the gap between our customers and various internal departments.Responsibilities:

Answer customer queries through phone, email, and online chat.

Provide detailed information about our services, products, and ongoing projects.

Assess customers' needs and guide them to appropriate services, solutions, or personnel.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions for future references.

Collaborate with the technical team to schedule services and tackle specific customer issues.

Identify opportunities for sales and assist in converting leads into customers.

Contribute to the team by meeting and exceeding individual and team-wide customer service goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven customer support experience, preferably within a construction or similar industry.

Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field would be an advantage.
