Customer Service Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be part of our team in Petaluma, California. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing technical product support to our customers, ensuring a positive user experience. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide first level support for customers, addressing both general and technical queries. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively troubleshoot reported issues. Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries, assuring them of resolution. Identify, document, and communicate customer trends to help improve overall user experience. Suggest process improvements and product features to minimize customer inquiries. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer support standards. Handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate records. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Be adaptable and flexible in handling various customer service situations. Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively. Requirements Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role. Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and inquiries. Proficient in data entry tasks with high attention to detail. Capable of managing email correspondence professionally and promptly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
