Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative, for a short-term contract, to join our team in Petaluma, California. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing technical product support to our customers, serving as the primary point of contact for both general and technical queries. This role is vital to ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products.Responsibilities: Provide prompt and thorough responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that you are acting on their behalf to address their issues. Gain expert knowledge of our products to be the initial point of contact for troubleshooting. Identify process improvements and product features to reduce the number of customer inquiries. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, documenting issues and resolutions. Analyze and understand customer needs to improve customer satisfaction. Handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed. Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data and correspondence. Perform data entry tasks and schedule appointments as necessary. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service. Requirements Proven track record of at least 2 years in a customer service role. Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a busy call center environment. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and timely. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks. Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed. Capability to schedule appointments, coordinating with various stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards problem-solving. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
