Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, California. As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain customer relationships, all while contributing to the growth of our business in the logistics industry.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer orders received via phone, mail, fax, or email. Provide detailed product information to existing customers, aiding them in selecting suitable merchandise. Keep customers informed about unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any other relevant information. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed. Collaborate with the warehouse/shipping departments to manage large or unusual orders, ensuring delivery is completed by the specified dates. Contribute to the development of new business and sales by preparing compelling proposals for existing customers. Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Maintain precise records of customer credit information.
