Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be focused on delivering exceptional customer service within the industry, ensuring smooth communication with both customers and affiliates, and managing work orders efficiently.Responsibilities: Delivering excellent customer service by developing detail oriented rapport with assigned customers and affiliates. Efficiently handling and dispatching work orders in alignment with customer expectations. Regularly updating the status of open and closed work orders in the system, providing accurate reports on schedule, estimated completion, and close dates. Ensuring timely communication of work order statuses to affiliates and customers. Procuring inspection purchase orders from customers and dispatching inspection work orders to affiliates promptly. Diligently following up on inspection completion status and additional repairs/services proposals. Ensuring timely submission of completed inspections reports, paperwork, and invoices to National Accounts. Managing the National Accounts Workflow Billing System, including daily review of exception management queue and mark-up queue. Correctly pricing the service and inspection calls before submitting to billing. Verifying all paperwork for completeness and accuracy before invoicing. Addressing missing paperwork from affiliates and resolving incorrect invoices disputes. Monitoring customer POs (purchase orders) amounts prior to mark-ups to ensure adherence to NTE (Not to Exceed) guidelines.
