Description Robert Half is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for an industry-leading company. Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries, addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and providing clear explanations.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and that the resolution met their expectations.

Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Provide customers with product/service information, including promotions, warranties, and policy updates.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or face-to-face customer support environment.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in industries with high customer interaction, such as retail, e-commerce, or financial services.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, or Mandarin) are a plus.
