Customer Service Representative

Description Robert Half is currently working with a client in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, to identify a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and chat.

Handle incoming inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

Accurately process orders, returns, and account updates in company systems.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using a CRM tool, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and complete.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and coordinate effective resolutions.

Stay informed about company policies, product updates, and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (call center experience is a bonus).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mentality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.

A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
