Description We are inviting applications for a Customer Service Representative role based in Torrance, California. This role is in the manufacturing industry and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to manage customer orders, process return requests, and address customer complaints and inquiries.Responsibilities: Offer exceptional customer support in person, through phone calls, emails, and faxes. Efficiently input customer orders. Issue return authorization numbers and process warranty returns. Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner. Keep updated with product lines, market trends, and related events. Report customer complaints and errors to the management team. Maintain organized and accurate files of pick tickets. Show consistent reliability and attendance. Perform any other duties assigned by the management team. Requirements Possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively and with detail orientation Experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage high volume calls and multitask Knowledge of Tennis Courts is preferred, indicating an understanding of the product in the manufacturing industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer management Ability to work in a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment High school diploma or equivalent education level is required Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary Ability to handle stressful situations and remain detail-oriented and calm Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, facilitating communication with diverse customers.
