Job description

We are an Electrical Contractor, seeking a key position.

Must have basic data entry and typing skills, be familiar with QuickBooks (not required to do accounting) to do estimates, tracking and follow up.

Duties include:

Customer care, scheduling appointments, as well as general office administration.

Great customer service skills (good telephone etiquette) a must and Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 helpful.

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Only full-time employees eligible

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries

Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

Record customer information within our customer service database

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Communication method(s) used: Email, Phone, Teams, etc.

Must follow policies and protocols which are written.

Must Have:

Own computer

Internet fast enough to handle real-time phone communications

This Job Is:

Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED

Work Remotely

Remote access by IT dept to setup initial browser-based configuration as well as any future issues which may occur
