Position Overview:

Provide professional information and referral services through call center operations. This role is full time/40 hours a week but does require some weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality information and assistance services to contacts from multiple counties

Document all contacts in appropriate databases

Conduct resource searches using multiple programs and databases

Provide follow up and advocacy for contacts

Maintain accurate community resource information

Attend required training sessions

Extended hours may be required during disaster response situations

Skills Required:

Strong computer and telephone communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Excellent customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and follow guidelines

Familiarity with social services systems a plus

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + $0.50/hour (bilingual incentive)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 hours shift between the hours of 7:00am-8:00pm with weekend availability)
