Description Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description:We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for New Accounts. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all new customers, providing the support needed to ensure a smooth account opening experience, as well as to address any customer inquiries or concerns.Responsibilities: Greet new customers and assist them in opening new accounts. Provide detailed information on our bank’s products and services, tailored to the specific needs and interests of each customer. Process all the formalities related to creating new accounts. Guide customers throughout the account opening process, ensuring all documentation and procedural requirements are met. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, either in person, on the phone, or through digital channels. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel. Maintain knowledge of all legal requirements related to new account opening to ensure compliance. Work closely with other team members to achieve overall customer service goals and enhance the customer experience.Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in banking, finance, or a related field is an advantage. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the financial sector. Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is an asset. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with banking software and common computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Ability to manage difficult customer situations and to respond promptly to customer needs. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing top-notch customer service.
