Job Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team(Restaurant Supply Store) . As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience. You will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and other forms of payment, answering phones and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and answer any questions they may have.

Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable.

Product Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of the products or services offered by the store.

Customer Service: Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Inventory Assistance: Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations. Able to follow instructions.

Work: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.
