Customer Service Representative Needed - In-Person - Full Time

As a customer Service Representative, you will become one of the faces of our company!

Microflex Film is a manufacturer of flexible and rigid packaging. Every employee is tasked with the responsibility to maintain a food safety culture as we do provide direct packaging. Knowledge of the printing process is not a prerequisite; you will receive on the job training! This is very much a team environment; customer service is at the center as the direct contact between production and our clients.

As your main responsibility will be directly communicating with clients via email, text and phone, it is essential that someone in this position have the following skills and abilities:
