What our Customer Service Representative will do:Communicate with the sales team, carriers, and warehouses via phone or email to manage distributors, special events, and other ordersProcess orders and ensure on-time delivery through a network of warehouses and UPS/trucking companies. Plan and arrange shipments.Research and resolve delivery issues including issuance of credit or sending replacementsFill out contract forms, determine charges for service requested, enter customer standard updatesAdjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, independently investigate and solve service issues.Manage and approve logistics costs for 3rd party logistics providers.Analyze orders and enter orders that align with current stock availability as well as minimize cost.
