Support Repair Services Department in a warehouse-like environmentAssist with order conversion (quotes with purchase orders to repair orders)Process delivery orders (D/Os) in ERP systemPerform shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and documentationManage inventory: stock checks, cycle counts, and parts trackingCoordinate with repair team to ensure accurate and timely order completionRespond to customer inquiries (phone/email) regarding order status and availabilityPrepare and send customer quotes as neededCollaborate with Quality, Sales, and other departments to resolve issuesMaintain accurate records and documentationAssist with special projects and other departmental duties as assigned
