Overview:

We are seeking a customer service support/phone receptionist for immediate employment, beginning at the end of September.

Must be reliable and dependable. Possess good communication/phone skills and work well with others.

Open to growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate department, take detailed messages.

Answer emails and provide some clerical support as needed

Assist Office Administrator as needed

Experience:

Customer service, phone and email communication

Bonus skills: Excel spreadsheets, good organizational and typing skills

Requirements:

Excellent, pleasant, polite, communication and interpersonal skills

Professional phone and messaging skills

Take direction well

Dependable and reliable and motivated, quick learner

Motivated to assist and desire for potential growth and advancement within company.

Available to commute to Pacoima without issues and be on time

Job Type: Part-time, 12PM - 4 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 hrs/week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday; 12 PM - 4 PM

This is NOT a remote position. The position is held within our warehouse offices in Pacoima, CA
