Description We are offering an opportunity for a Cyber Security Organizational Change Manager in San Ramon, California. The role involves leading change management strategies for our technical projects, specifically focusing on Cyber Security. You will be working in the telecom industry, utilizing your skills in Change Management, Cyber Security, and Organizational Change Management.Responsibilities: Design and lead change management strategies, focusing on minimizing project risk and maximizing project success. Utilize a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively manage change. Act as a Change Lead on Technical Projects. Use your strong technical security skills within the Cybersecurity & Information Systems domain. Work in a strategic and tactical manner, planning and acting accordingly. Summarize detailed information for an executive audience. Utilize effective facilitation and influencing skills. Manage stakeholders effectively. Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively. Apply strong business and technical acumen. Manage projects and plan effectively. Use an analytical mindset and critical thinking in decision-making processes. Collaborate effectively with others and work through ambiguous situations. Understand and apply Agile Methodologies. Requirements Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Security Manager role or similar position. Demonstrable proficiency in Change Management and Organizational Change Management. In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity, including Cyber Security policies and Cybersecurity compliance. Should possess skills in Cyber intelligence and the ability to implement security measures accordingly. Must demonstrate the ability to manage security risks and implement preventive measures. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in Cyber Security would be an added advantage. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in stressful situations are necessary. Proficiency in using various security software and tools is essential. Must show a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current security trends and issues. Experience in training staff on security protocols and procedures would be beneficial.
