• 7+ Yrs experienced on CE and can implement configurations
• 1+ Yr experience on F&E implementation
• Experienced in Sales and Customer Service
• Optional to have Universal desk or scribe experience but no mandatory
• Prefer Power Apps and Power Automate experience
• If needed should be able to perform testing and groom requirements.
• Able to help customer identifying gaps in current CE application and provide them improvements
• Good communication skills and able to manage customer communication, collaborate well with customer stakeholders
