Description We are offering a 3–6-month contract employment opportunity for a Data Collector in San Francisco, California. This role primarily involves testing a mechanical gripping device, providing feedback to the engineering team, and performing various administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Operate a mechanical gripping device and assess its performance Provide constructive feedback on the device's functionality to the engineering team Stand for extended periods during device testing Assist with administrative tasks during downtime periods Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of tests and feedback Deliver high-quality customer service while addressing inquiries Monitor and manage customer accounts Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain precise customer credit records Conduct order entry tasks as requiredRequirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Able to hold mechanical device for long periods of time conducting the same task Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information Willingness to learn new software and tools related to data collection Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
