Akkodis is searching for a Data Reporting Analyst to perform detailed data analysis focused on Service Management. In this role you will be a key member of an elite team that works closely with IT Support teams, Service Owners, Portfolio leadership, and business stakeholders

Pay Range: 35/hrly - 40/hrly

Contract Length: 8+ months with possibility of extension (Possibility to convert after 8-12 months)

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities Include:

Reporting and Data Analysis

Tools- ServiceNow, Digital AI, Tableau
  • Configuring complex reporting and dashboards for IT service management leadership and service owners utilizing ServiceNow and Digital.AI.
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and trends
  • Analyze and reporting on data related to IT systems and processes.
  • Accelerate data-driven transformation by designing, developing, and driving adoption of easy-to-use self-service access to single source of truth business and IT insights.
  • Performing detailed data and reporting analysis to identify trends, and opportunity areas and produce related recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain service management performance reports designed with portfolio and product focus.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports identifying end user and customer issues demonstrating largest impacting opportunities.
  • Documenting report requirements and creation of knowledge articles, reference of document repository.
  • Design Reports, as needed, for multiple levels of seniority from business analysts to C-level executives, with a flair for extracting stories or insights from the data

    • Required Skills
  • 3-5 years' experience in Data Analytics
  • Senior level Reporting experience and skills
  • Senior level Analytics experience and skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Tableau
  • Experience with Digital AI highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Advanced Reporting visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of IT systems and processes.
  • Requires ability to effectively present information, business case, change recommendations and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers
  • Extremely detailed oriented; is proud of his or her end products and can be a role model for the visualization team
  • Prior Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Desired hands-on experience using reporting and analysis software like Service Now, Tableau Desktop and Digital.ai to analyze data and generate reports based on focused data sets
  • Desired ITIL ITSM v4, CMMi, and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
