Data Scientist-Gen AI

Description Join a leading company in the staffing industry as a Data Scientist II, where you'll play a key role in leveraging generative AI and advanced analytics to drive business innovation. This role focuses on building AI-driven solutions, refining large language models, and developing predictive analytics to optimize decision-making. Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms.

Analyze large datasets to optimize key business processes.

Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy real-time model solutions.

Utilize Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and Microsoft data services for model building and deployment.

Large Language Model Fine-Tuning:

Enhance AI model performance through fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

Conduct benchmarking with human-in-the-loop feedback for iterative improvements.

Design multi-agent workflows to solve business challenges.

Stay updated on advancements in AI and large language models.

Data Strategy & Business Collaboration:

Work with IT and data engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.

Partner with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).

5+ years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, and AI solutions.

Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, and big data technologies (Azure, Hadoop, Hive, etc.).

Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, Scala, or similar programming languages.

Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Azure certifications preferred.
