Day Porter/Handyman for Commercial Property Cleaning & Maintenance

We are seeking someone to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to maintain various commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

Sweep and/or use blower for storefront walkway

Sweep and/or use blower for parking lot

Graffiti removal (paint)

Pressure wash (equipment provided)

Landscaping experience is a plus

Perform various handyman duties as assigned

Track mileage and gas receipts for reimbursement

Qualifications:

Fluent in English

Must have reliable transportation (truck or van)

Must be able to work Saturday mornings

Ability to communicate and update office when necessary

Tech savvy (must have smart phone and know basic computer skills)

Pay Rate:

$22/hr or DOE

Hours:

40 hrs/week Monday to Saturday
