Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor's DegreeRequired Field(s) of Study:Accounting,Finance,Engineering,Economics,Data Processing/Analytics/Science,Computer and Information ScienceMinimum Year(s) of Experience:3 year(s)Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thorough knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in commercial due diligence or corporate strategy roles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, private equity or corporate organizations, including in the following areas:

Understanding of various facets of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations;

Understanding and analyzing company financials; and,

Assisting clients with strategic planning and business reviews; growth, market entry and international expansion and market opportunity sizing.Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven record of success with developing strategic analyses and client deliverables, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, private equity or corporate organizations, including in the following areas:

Building proven and collaborative relationships with team members and fostering a productive team work environment;

Collecting and utilizing relevant business and industry trend information and analyzing this information by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques;

Planning and delivering discrete sections of work against tight deadlines;

Assisting with new business development and pursuit activities;

Gathering data and ramp-up including interviewing, surveying, and secondary market research

Executing quantitative and qualitative analyses;

Understanding of Tableau and other advanced business analytics softwar;

Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of audiences, clients and internal staff and management;

Utilizing firm-sponsored technology, including the Microsoft Office suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; and,

Balancing time, multi-tasking and keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
