Key Responsibilities:

Take 40–60 inbound calls daily

Follow our proven sales script to maximize conversions

Guide clients through debt settlement and validation options

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Work closely with a motivated, high-energy team

What We’re Looking For:

MONEY-MOTIVATED closers

Experience in Debt Settlement or Debt Validation preferred but willing to train right person

Coachable, self-driven, and team-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-heavy role

Compensation: Uncapped Commissions – Up to 150% of First Payment (Average $450+ per deal) We offer advances on Commissions for the first 30 days.

Average agent makes $8k-$12k a month
