What you'll do You will partner with your account team, client solution consultants & engineers, product and delivery teams to expand existing software revenue streams and identify new revenue opportunities with our most critical client relationships. You will maintain and develop close partnerships across all levels of your client organization to understand client's technology roadmap and any internal and external system dependencies. You will manage client escalations and issue resolution. You will oversee technology issues, opportunities, and activities associate with our clients usage of our flagship software services including ATB, PowerCurve and Optimize. You will ensure client requirements are followed by delivery teams. You will ensure the success of project implementations and product enhancements. This is a critical role in delivering on existing client commitments and ensuring client satisfaction. You will include a high degree of strategic planning and implementing to further cultivate Experian's brand as a trusted partner. You will report to the VP of Sales Engineering and Advisory.
