1: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or business; Master's degree preferred2: 7+ years of experience with Military (governmental) or Commercial requirements and contracting3: Extensive experience with OEM products, capabilities, functional organization, and with the unique aftermarket environment4: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively with many differing and potentially difficult customers5: Ability to access U.S. export controlled (ITAR) information6: Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, if required7: Experience with military ground-vehicles and / or weapon systems strongly preferred

We are looking for a Defense Sustainment Manager to lead an expanding Integrated Weapon Systems (IWS), Sustainment efforts.

In addition to leading the Sustainment support team, this person will also interface directly with the company's Enterprise Sustainment Director, and Defense Sector Business Unit Directors and Site General Managers, and be responsible for both domestic and international IWS Sustainment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Administer and manage IWS Sustainment contracts== Lead the Sustainment team that has the dual responsibility to make customer sales and support calls that include, but are not limited to, government depots and agencies== Support and administer the sale of all IWS Military or Commercial spares and maintenance contracts, including related tooling, test equipment, and trainers== Coordinate Field Service Representative (FSR) support== Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction via regular contact with customer personnel and regular customer performance metric monitoring== Maintain a customer-oriented approach committed to solving the customers' problems== Provide a vision regarding business opportunities to continuously grow and expand the IWS Sustainment business== Participate in annual sales forecasts, budget reviews, sales and operations planning reports, program reviews, business unit strategy meetings, and pricing proposals and negotiations== Utilize internal and field marketing managers, representatives, aftermarket managers and contract administrators as required to accomplish the Sustainment efforts== Manage competing priorities for expedited spares, maintenance requests, deliveries, and technical support
