• Delivery Lead
• SAP S/4, SAP ATTP working knowledge
• IT Project Management experience of 5 years
• Worked in large team size projects

• Responsible for the overall IT delivery of the project.• Lead IT team members and achieve desired outcomes per the defined schedule for the Project.• Continuously monitor the project progress and identity risks elements and develop mitigation plans related to end-to-end solution integrity and SDLC processes. • Drive IT project deliverables with deep understanding of Gilead SDLC/GxP and ensure process adherence and standards are always met. • Single point of contact for IT project delivery to all Gilead organization (BE, Solutions delivery, TCoE, VAL, Middleware, etc.)• Manage coordination between offshore-onshore teams.• Establish review process for all IT deliverables with the application leads to ensure quality of deliverables.• Drive optimizations within the project to bring in efficiency and improve continuously.• Regular cadence with PMs for the Project, providing status, risks, and issues.• Responsible for tracking the Estimation and the Actuals and bring forth any change requests.
