Dental Assistant - RDA Back Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Dental Back-Office Supervisor to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to our clinical team while ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an RDA

- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a dental practice setting

- Must have experience in Orthodontics and Dental Implants

- Current RDA license

- Current BLS certification

- Proficient with Dentrix, preferred

- Strong knowledge of implants and Ortho

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and mentor clinical staff including dental assistants

- Schedule and coordinate back office staff to ensure optimal coverage

- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment

- Ensure compliance with all infection control protocols and OSHA regulations

- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs

- Coordinate with front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Assist chairside as needed during procedures

- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives

- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced
