Dental Office looking for Insurance Coordinator and RDA positions

We are located in Vista, San Diego north county, and we are looking for an experienced Dental treatment and insurance Coordinator. Skills you should have are; Establishing rapport with every patient, insurance verification, preparing estimates on treatment diagnosis prior to discussing financial arrangements, determining portion patient is responsible for, presenting treatment plans, offering financing options as necessary, collecting payments at time of scheduled treatment, and managing problems and patient complaints. We are a general practice and we work with Open Dental software. If you know software it is easy to learn and there is online support to aid in teaching. English is a must, Spanish is a plus.

We are also looking for an RDA no experience necessary, we will train you. Duties will include, preparing patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort, set up of instruments, equipment and material needed, sterilization of instruments according to regulations, assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry, making temporaries, pouring up models and all the other duties that an RDA position entails. Must have x-ray certificate and be able to take digital x-rays. English is a must Spanish is a plus!

This is a small, very friendly and family orientated practice with a very close knit team. Our ideal candidate will have a calm, reassuring and friendly demeanor as well as the ability to multitask. We are very well established and have been here over 37 years. We are a PPO/private practice. Our hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8-5 with lunch from 1-2.
