Job Title: Deskside Support with Mac Location: Irvine, CA // San Francisco, CA (Onsite from day 1) Duration: 6+ months Contract Role Skills Required:
- Troubleshoot any problems or issues that arise with Macintosh desktops/laptops from the network drop to the desktop/laptop excluding security patches/updates.
- Load image, install software and configure desktop/laptop as required.
- 3-5 Years of technical troubleshooting experience/Resolve
- 2-3years Mac support experience
- Worked at a large Enterprise Company
- Experience in Mac Environment (JAMF)
- Experience in Linux Environment
- Understanding of using Unix in Terminal (SSH)
- Documentation
- Asset Tracking
- Setup/Troubleshoot Network Printers
- Remote Troubleshooting Assistance
- Ticketing System (Service Now)
