This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary to hire in nature and is based in the San Diego, California, area.Your responsibilities- Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities- Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures- Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems- Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions- Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors- Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals- Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements - Experience with Onboarding- Desktop Imaging experience required- Foundational knowledge in Computer Repair- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange- Proficiency in Computer Imaging- Quality experience with Basic Troubleshooting- Well-founded grasp of Azure Active Directory- General familiarity with Microsoft Azure- Proven knowledge of VoIP- Microsoft Office 365 experience- 1+ years of desktop support or other related experience- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
