Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Professional for one of our legal clients in DTLA.Responsibilities

Support attorneys and staff in optimizing firm technology through training and coaching.

Maintain expertise in firm applications (Microsoft Office, iManage DMS, etc.) and technologies (workstations, remote access, mobile devices, printers, phones).

Utilize the service management system to track and resolve technical issues, identify trends, and recommend training or system enhancements.

Communicate with IT teams to ensure local office needs are addressed.

Assist in managing and securing information, including email, document handling, file transfers, and remote access.

Participate in quality assurance testing and gather user feedback.
