Job Description: System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge. Microsoft SCCM preferred.JAFM to manage Apple DevicesMicrosoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot. Rescue LogMeIn, ServiceNow, Zoom
  • Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users and co-workers.
  • Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handling
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
  • Good experience in customer/partner/technical service-related roles
  • Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience.
  • Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
  • Application Packaging and Re-packaging services
  • MSIX based application packages for new apps.
  • Provisioning and De-provisioning
  • Autopilot based device Provisioning.
