Preferred)The Information Technology Department is seeking an experienced, high energy DesktopTechnician who can perform a multitude of IT related tasks.

Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years of IT service desk experience
  • Advanced Knowledge of windows operating system (windows 7, 10)
  • Advanced Knowledge of office 365, SharePoint
  • Advanced Extensive knowledge in networking
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Plans, organizes and performs hardware and software system configuration andmaintenance on personal computers throughout the Client.
  • Receives telecommunications, networking and personal computer end user requests forrepairs and resolutions of problems and performs moves and changes (MACS) in thetelephone system as needed.
  • Performs repairs, maintenance, and installation of personal computer hardware andsoftware, and of telephone sets and wiring.
  • Resolves connectivity problems such as direct wire, modem and LAN between PCs andservers.
  • Works on special duties or projects assigned by the Manager such as hardware, softwareand network installations and configurations.
  • Trouble shoots network connections.
  • Write clear, concise and accurate documentation on work procedures.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Assist with tracking licenses and software.
  • Detect and remove spyware, viruses and other malware.
  • Wiping of data and disposal of assets per Client's policy.
  • Performs troubleshooting and diagnostic services to determine the cause of hardware andsoftware problems and provide timely resolution of same.
  • Performs desktop support on hardware, and peripherals, including software configurationand installation.
  • Participates on project teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems orupgrades to existing systems.
