We are looking for a highly motivated team member to contribute to our mission by leveraging their expertise in data analysis, visualization, and metric development. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support governance, oversee projects, communicate insights, and maintain operational excellence all while continuously seeking to improve our processes and product offerings.

Essential FunctionsData Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced SQL and scripting skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.Data Visualization: Create and manage insightful and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, and other data visualization tools.Metric Development: Develop and monitor DORA, SPACE, Flow, and other developer productivity metrics to provide actionable insights.Governance Support: Ensure accurate Application Service data is recorded, including criticality, accessibility, and data privacy governance. Provide guidance and support to application owners.Project Oversight: Support the management of multiple projects aligned with the organization's key results and objectives.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and senior management, to understand data needs and deliver meaningful conclusions. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.Metrics and Reports: Monitor OKR progress, develop and maintain detailed reports and metrics, and provide management updates.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis, reporting processes, and product offerings.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
