Title: DevOps with Linux AdministrationOnsite Milpitas, CA - (2-3 days/week onsite currently) Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Telecommunications or related field (BSEE, BSCS, BS Telecommunications) or Master’s degree (MSEE, MSCS, or related fieldPosition Requirement- 2+ years’ experience in developing and supporting software products, tools or IT services.
- Solid foundation in TCP/IP networking
- Experience with Linux systems administration.
- Experience with Shell or Python languages and environments.
- Linux Administration or CCNA or related certifications Good to have requirements for this position: (Not Mandatory):
- Experienced in the implementation and management of network/security tools and processes
- Experience in managing network/security solutions within a large, enterprise environment.
- Kubernetes or Cloud Architect or related certifications.
- Experience with revision control systems, such as Subversion (SVN) or GIT
- Experience with build systems (Make/Scons)
- Exposure to system monitoring tools (Monit, Zabbix,Nagios)
- Exposure to Databases like SQL Mongo DB experience in administering Jira, Jenkins, Apache HTTPD
