DevOps III Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a DevOps III Engineer to join a world-renowned management consulting company. This is a contract, remote capable role. The team is building a host of libraries, generators and themes to enable our development community to rapidly and consistently produce modern web applications that are speedy, scalable and maintainable. You will lead the migration of the team's cloud services, establish best practices for DevOps, and help the team learn from your expertise to the maintain systems.

• Good experience with VPS systems and migrating them to the cloud.
• Experience with JavaScript and writing test cases
• Ability to read and understand test cases written in Python
• Ability to migrate Python test environment by rewriting test cases in JavaScript
• Worked with analytics and tools such as Heap
• Use HTML/CSS/JavaScript to write clean, standards-compliant, scalable, reusable, quality code with cross platform/browser compatibility.
• Use core web technologies and frameworks to create libraries, generators and themes that can be used by other developers.

• Great interpersonal skills and a willingness to go above and beyond when collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers
• Proficient in object-oriented design principles and automated testing strategies for Web, API, and Mobile
• Proficient in code refactoring, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
• Experience with build tools Jenkins, GOCD, Maven, Rake, Ant, Sonar, etc.
• Experience in CI/CD
