We are looking for a DevOps Lead to assist with requirements gathering and enhancement of DevSecOps. This DevOps Lead will design, propose, facilitate organizational and process improvements as needed for supporting automation and DevSecOps. Duties will include the following:

  • Resolve and serve as an escalation and coordination point for incidents and problems related to affected automation
  • Serve as an active driver for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery based application development
  • Understand, learn, and apply new automated build, test and deployment capabilities and help develop project teams towards integrating such solutions
  • Expand awareness, knowledge, and experience on automation with in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Will serve a s a central team member in obtaining and processing requirements to transform application delivery for cloud in an Agile fashion
  • Maintain adherence to architectural standards/principles, Enterprise and Product-specific guidelines, usability design standards.
  • Provide support and documentation to assist in sustaining projects during the transition to production
  • Input into internal and external teams towards development of standards as well as efficiencies
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed activities and notify stakeholders of situation with possible solution
  • Involve and drive evolution towards DevSecOps and Agile Transformation
  • Execute process engineering and operational improvement initiatives for automation tooling focused on cloud
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and improvement solutions
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Required Skills and Expertise:
  • BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related degree
  • 5-8 years related experience
  • Strong skillset and 4+ year experience establishing CI/CD pipelines using on Cloud (AWS) based Infrastructure
  • Strong skillset with integrating and operating Static and Dynamic Code Scans for security testing, Opensource Code Scan with pipelines
  • Knowledge and/or experience on designing, developing, deploying, and CI/CD in a DevOps environment
  • Must have experience working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or similar
  • Must have experience with NetApp Administration, PowerShell scripting, Linux, and BASH experience
  • Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software)
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • General Networking skills expected
  • Interest and ability to learn other technologies and tools as needed
