Location : San Francisco CA 94105 (Hybrid)

Project Duration : 6+ Months of contractPay-rate : $74 an hour on W2 with limited benefits

Description:

The Role
  • Support execution of the new method site redesign
  • Facilitate ongoing maintenance and merchandizing of product brand DTC portfolio (Mrs. Meyer’s, Method, Babyganics)
  • Areas Of Responsibilities
  • Support method Site Redesign
  • a) Manage project timeline that captures all workstreams required to launch the site inclusive of design + content development, site dev, distribution, 3rd party service integration, QA
  • b) Plan project tasks, schedules, and briefs with the Creative Operations and Brand Experience teams
  • c) Support & participate in weekly project team meetings and work sessions, identifying key milestones, critical paths, process documentation, and recaps
  • d) Manage the site migration budget
  • e) Collaborate with DTC lead on defining site strategy and developing roadmap
  • f) Lead brief development for development agency, by translation business and marketing digital needs to technical requirements across end-to-end consumer buying journey
  • g) Identify solutions and assess (technologies, platforms, vendors) to bring the site concept to live and to meet new or unmet consumer needs.
  • h) Facilitate the on-boarding of new digital platforms and tools and partner with IT to ensure integrations and development meet SCJ standards.
  • i) Lead site merchandizing for site launch and validate product claims and copy with legal and regulatory teams.
  • j) Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams
  • k) Serve as main point of contact with development agency on the execution of the site build and ensure that all tasks are delivered on time and per expectation.
  • l) Support stakeholder alignment around product vision and features for minimum viable site launch
  • m) Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
  • DTC ongoing business support (across brands)
  • a) Collaborate with marketing and creative studio to develop creative briefs for new product launches.
  • b) Implement website updates in BigCommerce
  • c) Drive coordination with Supply Chain to ensure inventory is up to date and new products are launched on time.
  • d) Perform product merchandizing audits to ensure products meet regulatory and are ready for website redesign.
  • e) Deliver monthly analytics of DTC performance and develop reports for stakeholder share out.
  • Supporting DTC product merchandising & automation of merchandising process with Salsify/SAP
  • Conducting QA reviews
  • Facilitate promotional calendar across brand portfolio
  • Familiarity with SEO implementation and best practices’
  • Ad Hoc data analysis and reporting requests
  • Third party process and vendors
  • Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a digital, ecommerce or marketing/brand management, preferably with experience in direct-to-consumer consumer product goods.
    • Strong business acumen
    • Strong cross-functional communication skills, both oral and written
    • Consistently organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to think strategically and roll-up the sleeves to get into the details
    • Skilled in agile methodologies and approaches
    • Proficient in project management tools and software, JIRA, TeamWork, etc
    • Ability to translate business, marketing, and consumer needs into technical requirements
    • Comfort with ambiguity and pressure from multiple stakeholders • Proven track record on business management and commercial results
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with digital marketing and DTC tech stacks. Preferred experience: BigCommerce, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo
    • Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and global business environment
    • Experience with direct-to-consumer, online marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba, Walmart, Target), or business-to-business.
    • Proven track record of delivering consistent, positive business results • Strong initiative and drive – relentless when it comes to achieving a goal
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
