Position MarTech Digital Technical Project manager (Adobe/ AEM PM) Location Remote / San Jose CA Job Type Permanent Job Description We are seeking an innovative Sr. Technical Project Manager to contribute to and manage the development of innovative technology products. In this role, your duties will include overseeing the various stages of Project and product management. You will be the liaison between Digital Marketing TechStack Product Owners (PO), Digital Marketing strategy, UX, and publishing teams, as well as IT development teams. You will also be responsible for the deployment and integration of new products. This role will enable technology solutions, allowing for automation and scale of website deployment via publishing, localization, and data asset management in support of our migration from OnPrem to AEM Cloud and other foundational change to reimagine. To ensure success as a Sr. Technical Project Manager, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical Project management in a related industry. • Plan and manage product and project management stages.
• Collaborate with system engineers and software architects.
• Report product and project management progress to senior managers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee product deployment and integration.
• Contribute ideas to product development initiatives.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Remain current with advancements in project and product management technologies.

• Multi-disciplinary digital marketing teams include foundation, experience, and IT stakeholders responsible for AEM Cloud Platform enhancements, Personalization and Merchandizing innovation, SaaS free trial management, Tagging & Tracking, Data Asset Management, SEO, Reusable Experience Module design & infrastructure to help customers make decisions (comparisons, selectors, ratings & reviews), and automation and scale for our publishing team to efficiently build pages, manage workflows, and globalize website.

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
• 8+ years senior project management experience, managing multiple projects, roadmaps, and project plans for multiple leaders.
• 10+ years experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry.
• Experience in PMI and Agile Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices required.
• PMP and Scrum certification highly desired.
• Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
• Digital Marketing platform experience required, such as Adobe Experience Manager (or .COM publisher), Content management, Digital Assets management, and web customer data.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud required (AEM, Target, AAM, Adobe Assets, etc.).
• Exposure to Digital Marketing technology supporting Demand, free trial and Demo systems.
• Knowledge of product development full life-cycle.
• Demonstrable experience leading and motivating multi-disciplinary, virtual, global project teams.
• Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and Scrum teams, and report to senior managers.
• Ability to remain current with advancements in the field of technical Project and product management (lifelong learner).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Sharepoint) and planning, production, and PPM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Miro).
