Ready to design what's next?In this role, you will work in an Agile development environment to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved products in the Employee Financial Solutions within the US Money Movement domain. This work will support a mix of internal and external client and consumers. You will be working on current and upcoming projects that connect design, engineering, product development, and implementation to understand how those pieces impact infrastructure and USMM solution. You'll share your operational and process maturity with a growing team while building products for large enterprises to enable their workforce.No two days are the same as you work with your team, business leaders, and project management to understand our next wave of work. To thrive in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, mostly on SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects, along with financial modules of SAP (FS-CD) with a solid understanding of technologies, including APIs, distributed systems design, operational scaling and availability, and application integrations and cloud Data lakes and data analysis.Our best developers are enthusiastic creators who stay current on new codes. You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You must know Agile well.

Your seven or more years of team leadership have delivered amazing results, and you pride yourself on developing the people who work for you, as well as providing an inclusive team environment where they all can thrive. Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and coding standards. You'll be looking ahead to the next coding criteria to build technically sound and functional tools.

Continuous Learning. An eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients. You are comfortable and thrive in an autonomous role since that will be essential for your success.

You'll work with business leadership and project management to understand priorities and create automation accordingly.

You will present and defend your team's approach to leadership. There is no typical day as you partner and work with people across the development organization to turn ideas into reality.

You have 12+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

You'll have a Bachelor's degree+ OR equivalent.

SAP ERP - CD Module

Experience on payroll and Payment processing

SAP Business Warehouse

SAP Business Objects

BW HANA data models

BW for HANA experience

Business Intelligence analytics

Business Planning and Consolidation

ABAP

Performance tuning

Cloud implementations, especially on Data Lakes, Big data and cloud integrations

BW/4HANA on HANA Enterprise Cloud

Business Planning and Consolidation

SLT Replication

Data extraction, data modelling and Data reporting/Dashboarding

Worked in the latest versions of BW and BOBJ

HANA Database and SQL

Experience in SAP upgrades and SAP Migration

SAP NLS IQ

Familiarity with non-SAP big data solutions a plus (e.g., Databricks)
