Director, Global System Integrators

The Senior Director of Global System Integrators will be responsible for scaling Zscaler’s Americas GTM business with a specific set of GSI partners including Accenture, HCL, Wipro and Infosys. This person will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated GSI Partner Business Managers driving GTM with GSI partners in the Americas.

The role will be responsible for:Creating and executing a Business plan for the GSI business in AMS tied to Zscaler’s Global GSI StrategyResponsible for Zscaler’s GSI Transactional and Influence Bookings, ensuring that partners meet defined goalsGrow GSI services revenue and marginsCreate and maintain Executive Relationships within the partner’s vertical security practice Perform as a subject matter resource with a consultative approach, work in the areas of account planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management, all within the context of alliance development, growth, and execution.Teaming with the technology alliance team (TAP) to build revenue generating joint offerings and GTM plans. A few examples include Marketplace, CrowdStrike and OKTA.Align with internal Sales and channel leaders to programmatically drive new revenueGenerate initiatives alongside the partner ecosystemHold QBRs with internal and partner executive sponsorsProviding thought leadership and ideas on growing Zscaler’s partner-led businessBuilding the partnership brand both internally and externally.
