Director, Internal Audit

We’re looking for a Director to join Procore’s Internal Audit Department. In this role, you’ll lead sections of the audit & compliance environment while working cross functionally across the company. The primary goal of the role is to deliver strong audit results with clear communication & proactive solutions for the company. As a Director, you’ll partner with Finance, IT, and other departments to complete audits on time and within the associated budget. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Audit planning, fieldwork (including testing & reviewing), and reportingLead meetings with stakeholders and effect change in areas where it is requiredCommunicate a vision for short-term and long-term solutionsProject manage & provide status updates on workstreams for projectsContribute to executive & audit committee reportingWork across multiple areas of audit topics, including but not limited to - business process, IT, ERM, and operational auditsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree minimumCPA or other related certificationBig 4 Audit background with 8+ years experienceStrong communication and analytical skillsMultiple years of experience with SAAS companies
