Oversee finance and accounting teams, reporting, tax planning, and strategic projects.

Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with audit and tax consultants; advise executive leadership.

Ensure team training, J-SOX compliance, and internal controls.

Manage payroll, cash flow, and treasury operations.

Update accounting policies and stay current on financial regulations.

10+ years of accounting experience (public/private mix preferred).

Expertise in fixed asset and lease accounting.

CPA preferred but not required.
