Director of Business Development (ServiceNow)

Location: Brea, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Director of Business Development (ServiceNow)

• Minimum 4 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions (CSM and FSM) for a premier or elite ServiceNow partners (highly preferred)
  Existing field level relationship in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  Successful experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
  Experience working in or with technology industry, professional services firms
  Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure
  Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quota
  Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
  Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions and drive behavioral change
  Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking and tactical execution within a fast-paced environment
  Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
