Responsibilities:

Build and support an industry-leading CRM and customer lifecycle marketing team that has testing and data at the heart of it.
Responsible for overall management and growth of our CRM channel, including email and push marketing, as well as delivering on audience lifecycle management objectives
Design communications and notifications to encourage more usage and distribution.
Develop customer segmentation, targeting and contact strategies to maximize performance of key subscriber segments.
Consistently launch and monitor experiments designed to impact user retention, engagement, and product development
Develop programs that drive incremental usage and revenue for existing customers as well as referral programs to engage loyalty
Establish clear guidelines for what defines a Marketing-led email or in-app notification versus a transactional, policy or other email
Partner with sales & product to drive improvement in the customer experience as hand-offs occur throughout the funnel
Work with the Analytics and Data Engineering team to highlight key engagement and churn indicators, and leverage data to continuously strive for personalization at every touchpoint.
Lead with vision, boldness, collaboration, and effective communication

Qualifications:

8+ years of CRM & loyalty experience, FinTech and/or marketplace experience is a plus
Experience building, leading, and cultivating high-performance CRM marketing teams and agencies
A track record of building and using technologically-advanced and data-driven systems to grow a business
Ability to build emails and workflows in Pardot and report out on their performance in Looker
Understanding of how marketing channels complement one another in order to run effective cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive the highest efficiencies
Highly strategic yet hands-on, able to balance long term strategy with short term results
