Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Director of Outpatient to become part of our client's team in Sacramento, CA - 95841. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.Pay$150,000-$170,000 (depending on experience)Sign-On Bonus$10,000Shift

8am-5pm

Qualifications

Master's Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in the psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity.

LCSW Required.

In collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program-focused referral development activities.Benefits
