Leading a core team (3) who prove TA delivery excellence, you will help define and execute TWE recruitment services and operations on behalf of the Global Head of TA Services Lead. As part of this Global team, we will be embarking on a technology and process transformation journey, seeking to align our processes and standards with global best practice, whilst ensuring suitable we cater for regional needs. You will be responsible for:

Leading the AME TA Services team, equipping them with the required recruitment expertise to ensure high quality operational delivery

Collaborating with key partners, including the American Executive Leadership, and SVP P&C on the Talent Acquisition strategy and employee value proposition

Working with global teams in the business, HR and operations to uplift regional operational recruitment delivery and customer service

Streamlining processes and services, taking accountability for regional requirements and compliance

Delivering recruitment assignments for Senior Leaders in the region or as required

Managing and reviewing Recruitment Preferred Suppliers / Partners

Focusing on process improvement to ensure speed, quality, and cost efficiencies through a streamlined recruiting process

Providing data and insights on the TA function and external market for the Region

About You

You will have experience leading high performing internal talent acquisition teams / functions

You have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.

You have a strong business acumen and the ability to understand goals and translate into Talent Acquisition Services

You have a process driven and solution-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to flex your style between the operational and strategic

You will have the necessary Microsoft Excel skills to bring a data driven approach to decision making and influencing

You bring detailed knowledge of operating ATS (applicant tracking systems) ideally Oracle or similar

You have extensive people coaching, mentoring and development experience

You have experience developing TA strategies for diverse job disciplines (FMCG, Food and Beverages or Adult Beverages industries - desirable but not essential)

You are well versed in using various talent acquisition tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Job Boards, etc)

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 per annum and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our 555 Gateway Dr, NAPA, CA 94558 location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
