Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:    Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiativesAct as the Strategic Business Partner and functional Subject Matter Expert to Senior Hotel LeadershipAlign and execute Talent & Culture activities to Employee Value Proposition and Strategic planOversee talent & culture initiatives, acting as a liaison between corporate office and hotelCollaborate with corporate Talent & Culture function on key programs/initiativesLead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Talent & Culture DepartmentLead labor relations initiativesPromote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun
